Top 10 records made for the India Book of Records

The number of individuals and institutions finding a significant place in the India Book of Records (IBR) -- India's leading record-setting platform, is growing day by day. Some of its stories are really mind-boggling and inspiring. The Art of Living Foundation created two records for the largest number of people reciting Ganesh Atharvashirsha and the largest number of people taking the pledge for a drug-free India in a place, entering the ABR also. A total of 54,560 people recited the hymn at Suryakant Kakde Farm, Pune, while 1,26,613 students participated in the Drug-Free India campaign. The event was supported by Pune University. Art of Living founder, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis graced the event. It was not only full of food and fun but a lot of exciting prizes too -- every hour, including two cycles.             “We wanted to make the Festival of Lights memorable and a yearly activity, wherein the entire  Ludhiana  can shop, eat and entertain.   Chandigarh :  Art of Living (AOL) organized a Satsang to mark the beginning of the construction of North India ’s largest Art of Living Ashram. The ceremony was held on the Chandigarh-Patiala road where the Ashram is coming up.  The auspicious ceremony was marked by a  Guru Puja and Satsang, in the august presence of Prasanna Prabhuji and Mrs. Tripta from the Art of Living Foundation.  Speaking on the occasion  Mrs . Tripta, Trustee at the Art of Living said, “I am happy that the Satsang and Guru Pooja has been successfully completed. 'Trees of Joy' plantation drive held at AIPL Dream City NXT

Amritsar : Fully aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Advance India Projects Limited (AIPL), a pioneer in real estate development, continues a unique plantation drive ‘Trees of Joy’, in Punjab, under which a micro forest of 550 saplings of 35 Native Species of Punjab is being planted as per Miyawaki (Japanese method) at Amritsar's AIPL Dream City NXT located on NH-1, Delhi-Amritsar Highway, on land owned by Vishnurupa Developers Private Limited. This plantation is being carried out by AIPL in collaboration with ECO-SIKH an 80G approved charitable society that works to mitigate the   threats of climate change and deterioration of the natural environment.
