Alcis Family Run held for Fitness & Environment
Alcis Sports, a cutting-edge Indian performance wear brand, organised Chandigarh Tri-City’s first full-fledged family run – Alcis Family Run here recently. The aim of the marathon was to create awareness about ‘Fitness as a Family Goal’ and ‘Save the Environment.’ Spearheaded by Coach Ravinder, a catalyst behind creating the most revolutionary running environments in India , the run was designed specifically for families and had three types of running and Walkathon. The main aim behind the run was to get families to come out and explore the joy of running together. Keeping a runner’s ‘never say die’ spirit, a solo 10K category was also included for those who wanted to run hard.
