Bodybuilding & Physique Championship ‘NPC North India & Mr Tricity’ held

Panchkula : Mandeep Singh, from Chandigarh was declared as the overall winner in the Bodybuilding North India and Tricity competition category at the 2nd edition of “NPC North India and Mr Tricity” bodybuilding and physique championship held at Indradhanush Auditorium here on Sunday. The mega event was organised by the National Physique Committee (NPC) North India – the renowned bodybuilding organisation in India under the banner of NPC Worldwide USA. Addressing the media, Atinderjeet Singh, NPC State Head, Chandigarh said, “NPC is the most coveted and important calendar event in the world of bodybuilding as it acts as a qualifier for the country's most prestigious bodybuilding competitions - Amateur Olympia and Sheru Classic. Teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda to be shared at Spiritual Fair

Chandigarh : Ananda Sangha, Chandigarh is organizing a day-long Spiritual Fair at Maharashtra Bhawan, Sector 19D here on Sunday. The spiritual fair which will be held from 11 am to 6 pm and will hold several lectures, demonstrations, and group meditation activities for the devotees.   At the fair, many key topics such as Kriya Yoga; The Key to self-transformation; Energy-key to success; Chakras-Roadmap of self-realization, and Dealing with Stress and Harmful Emotions' will be the highlights .   The talks will be delivered by long-term Ananda Sangha practitioners. Each of the sessions will have an experiential component. Chandigarh : Spiritual leader, world-renowned humanitarian and the founder of Art of Living Foundation, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar held a Mahasatsang at the site of the upcoming The Wellness City, located on the Chandigarh-Patiala Highway . Chandigarh:  Founder of the Art of Living, global humanitarian and spiritual master, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will be holding a ‘Mahasatsang’ on Sunday - April 3 at the site of the upcoming 'Wellness City' next to Chitkara University on the Chandigarh-Patiala Highway.
