Kidneys are capable of regenerating: Renowned Ayurveda & Meditation Guru Acharya Manish
Acharya Manish, Founder of HIIMS, said, “Adult kidneys constantly grow and
reconstruct themselves. That is why they have the potential for regeneration
and healing. This is why the focus of our treatment at HIIMS is on
regeneration, instead of dialysis or kidney transplant."
He supported the claim of kidney
regeneration by showcasing
24-year-old Kushal Tiwari was suffering from chronic kidney disease and was on
dialysis for a long time. His global GFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate, a blood
test that checks kidney function) was 0.391 ml/min, meaning he had ESRD (End
Stage Renal Disease) and no other treatment was effective. He had consulted
several doctors, who opined that he would have to undergo a kidney transplant
which would work for 4-5 years only. After getting this opinion, Kushal decided
to visit HIIMS, Derabassi. Within three months of his treatment at HIIMS, his
dialysis stopped and the global GFR rose to 9.306 ml/min.
Another patient, 18-year-old Gursewak Singh, was also suffering from chronic kidney disease and was on constant dialysis. He was in a wheelchair when he reached HIIMS and his heart rate was also low. His GFR was 8.9 on November 27, 2021. After three months of treatment at HIIMS, his GFR increased to 18.2 and dialysis also stopped by February 21, 2022.
Acharya Manish, Dr. Pandey, Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury, Dr. Azad, and their team at HIIMS work on the root cause of kidney disease and help people recover from chronic kidney diseases with the help of Ayurveda, Naturopathy, and Panchakarma. Like Kushal and Gursewak, they have also treated several other patients suffering from kidney failure and chronic kidney ailments, who were on dialysis for decades and recovered within a few months of treatment at HIIMS.
Patients said that while they had lost hope of recovery, HIIMS gave them a new lease of life by reinforcing their faith in healthcare. BlogsWire
